DRY ROT REPAIR

This toy hauler had some pretty serious dry rot going on, involving both of the side walls, the floor, and the rear ramp/door. It was better than new after we replaced the rotted OSB with plywood and steel reinforcement braces in the floor to hold the whole works up and prevent sagging. Better than new!
